The Administration Department includes staff responsible for overseeing the various departments of the clerk’s office and for providing support services to each of those departments. It also provides jury administration services to the Circuit Court of Pulaski County.

Central Receiving provides customer service regarding the Circuit Court of Pulaski County. New cases are filed in this department, as are documents concerning existing cases. The staff of Central Receiving also issues writs, files orders of protection, and initiates civil and criminal appeals from district courts.

Court Clerks staff review and approve all court documents filed through Pulaski County's 17 circuit courts. They also provide back-office support to those courts.
Imaging is responsible for the preservation of archived court records from the 1960's through the 2000’s via digital conversion from paper to electronic files.
The Information Technology (IT) Department develops and maintains all facets of the clerk’s computer network. It also provides technical services to the Circuit Court of Pulaski County.
The Juvenile Department serves as the repository for all documents filed with the Juvenile Division of the Circuit Court of Pulaski County. Department staffers also review and approve all court documents filed through the Juvenile Court.
