The Pulaski Circuit/County Clerk's office has 96 employees and has a budget of over $5 million annually. In addition to providing administrative and record keeping support to the 17 Circuit Court Judges in Pulaski County, the office serves as the Voter Registrar for the County and serves as Pulaski County Real Estate Recorder – working closely with Attorneys and Title Companies to record and index every land transaction conducted in Pulaski County. Only 19 of 75 Counties have a combined Circuit and County Clerk. The remaining Counties elect Circuit and County Clerks separately.

Our goal is to provide all non-confidential records online for more efficient public access. In addition, we have a goal of providing electronic document filing in the future. Voting rolls are fixed and the Clerk’s office works with the Election Commission in order to conduct model elections.
