The primary functions of the Marriage License/County Records Division include the issuance and recording of marriage licenses, minister credentials, Doing Business As (DBA's) registrations, medical licenses, going out of business licenses, and recording and maintaining all county court orders and contracts. Petitions concerning matters under the jurisdiction of the Pulaski County Court such as annexations, road closings, and dedications are filed with and maintained by the division. The division also maintains the records of special improvement district applications, and board of equalization appeals.
