The Juvenile Division of the Pulaski Circuit/County Clerk's Office maintains records filed with the Juvenile Division of Circuit Court pursuant to the Arkansas Juvenile Code. The Juvenile Division office is located at the Pulaski County Juvenile Justice Center, 3001 West Roosevelt Road, Little Rock, AR 72204. The types of cases filed in the Juvenile Division include: Delinquency, Dependent-neglect, Family in Need of Services (including Truancy), Termination of Parental Rights, Juvenile Adoptions, and Juvenile Guardianships. Additionally, the Juvenile Division maintains records of certain Domestic Relations Division cases assigned to the Judges located at the Juvenile Justice Center.
