There are two voter applications available on this page. One application is in English and the other application is in Spanish. Before you proceed to the applications, please read the following message.

Both applications are in "PDF" format. This requires you have software installed on your computer called Adobe Reader. If you do not have this software, you will need to download it. It is an easy to install program so simply follow the instructions on the Adobe Reader screen. You will need to know your operating system, Windows 2000, Windows XP or etc. You will also be asked "what language" you would like and what is your connection speed. Your choice will be either dial up or broadband. With this information in hand, please proceed to the appropriate buttons below.
