Governor Mike Beebe has appointed Ernest Sanders Jr. to serve as the 5th Division judge for the remainder of the year, effectively immediately.

Civil and Criminal cases currently on the Court’s docket will proceed as scheduled.   Requests to schedule
matters  for hearing or to request continuances should be directed to the Court by telephone at (501) 340-8550,
or by mail to:  Fifth Division Pulaski Circuit Court, Pulaski County Courthouse, 401 West Markham, Room 410,
Little Rock, Arkansas 72201.

Probationers with questions regarding the terms or conditions of their probation should contact their assigned
probation officer at the number previously provided to them.
