The Data Entry Two Division of the Pulaski Circuit/County Clerk’s office is a family based system. The types of cases that are originated in Domestic are: Divorce, Separate Maintenance, Annulment, Divorce from Bed and Board, Paternity, Child Custody, Child Visitation, Child Support, Grandparent Visitation, and Domestic Abuse.This divison also maintains records for equitable civil cases filed prior to January 1, 2002. We maintain all
types of Civil, Domestic Relations and Probate court records for Division 9 and Divisions
12 -17 of the Circuit Courts.
