$30.00 cash/check made payable to Pulaski County Clerk
Name, address, phone #, & fax #

Our office will:
Set the hearing date (30 days after filling petition)
Publish in the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette (1 time a week for 3 weeks)
Notify the petitioner by mail the hearing date & the publication fees

Special Improvement Districts

Filing fee:
New File-$30.00 cash/check made payable to Pulaski County Clerk
Existing File-no charge for filling documents in an existing file.

Petitioner will:
Set a hearing date with the County Judge
Publish in the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette (1time a week for 2 week)
File all court orders, proof of publications, etc.

Vacate Road

Petitioner should bring:
The petition (2 copies with original signatures)
Notice of hearing
Map/plat describing the land
$30.00 cash/check made payable to Pulaski County Clerk
Name, address, phone #, & fax #

Our office will:
Set the hearing date (20 days after filling petition)
Publish in the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette (1 time a week for 2 weeks)
Notify the petitioner by mail the hearing date & the publication fees
